These terms cover your use of SayAgain, the desktop application that captures and replays the last ATC transmission for VATSIM and IVAO pilots and controllers. By installing or using the app, you agree to the terms below.
What you get
Buying a SayAgain license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on a single machine, indefinitely. You can deactivate your license on one machine and reactivate it on another at any time.
Your license includes all updates, improvements, and new features for life, with one exception: features that rely on third-party services with ongoing costs to operate may ship as optional paid add-ons or subscriptions, separate from your lifetime license. Add-ons are always optional. The app and the features you own today will keep working without them.
Free trial
SayAgain offers a 7-day free trial with no card required. The trial is tied to your machine; once it ends on a given device, that device must activate a license to keep using the app.
Payments and tax
Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar is the legal seller for every purchase: they collect payment, charge any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) for your jurisdiction, issue a tax-compliant invoice, and remit those taxes on our behalf. Your card details are never sent to or stored by SayAgain.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted once a license has been activated, due to the digital nature of the product.
Exceptional cases (accidental purchase before activation, or discrepancies between advertised features and actual functionality that significantly impact usability) are evaluated case-by-case and at our discretion. Email support@flyco.app to report an issue.
The 7-day free trial is the recommended way to evaluate SayAgain before purchase.
License revocation
A license may be revoked if (a) the underlying purchase is refunded or charged back, (b) the license is used in a way that materially violates these terms, or (c) we're legally required to do so. If your license is revoked, the desktop app will return to its trial state on the next time it talks to our servers.
What SayAgain doesn't do
SayAgain is provided “as is”. While we work hard to make it reliable, we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose beyond its general description. SayAgain is for flight simulation use; it isn't certified for use with any real-world aviation activity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to SayAgain is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit.

What data we collect, why, and how we handle it is described in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can stop using the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the country where you live.
