Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026
SayAgain is built with privacy in mind. We collect the minimum data required to deliver and improve the product, and we do not sell or share your data, or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Email address.Provided by you (or by Polar on your behalf) when you buy a SayAgain license. Used to send your license key, refund confirmations, and occasional product updates related to features you've purchased.
- Machine fingerprint (hashed). When the desktop app activates a free trial or a license, it sends a SHA-256 hash derived from non-identifying hardware and OS attributes. The hash is used to enforce per-machine trial limits and license activation and cannot be reversed to identify you.
- Anonymous usage telemetry. The desktop app sends anonymous usage and diagnostic data so we can understand which versions are in use, whether the app is working for people, and catch bugs. No names, emails, audio, or transmission content are ever included.
What we do not collect
- No audio or transmission content. Audio is captured and replayed entirely on your device and never leaves it.
- No advertising identifiers or tracking pixels.
- No cookies on this website.
Service providers
We use the following processors strictly for the purposes above:
- Supabase stores your email, license key hash, and machine fingerprint hash in our database.
- Resend delivers transactional email (license-key delivery, refund confirmations).
- Polar is our merchant of record for purchases. Polar collects payment, charges any applicable taxes for your jurisdiction, and sends a tax-compliant invoice to your email address. Your card details are never sent to or stored by SayAgain.
- Vercel hosts this website and the licensing API; processes standard request logs (IP, user agent) for the time strictly necessary to operate the service.
- Vercel Analytics provides anonymous pageview analytics for the website. No cookies, no cross-site tracking; processes IP and user agent transiently to bucket traffic by country and device, then discards them.
Retention
We retain your email and license records for as long as your license is active. Trial fingerprint records are retained as long as needed to enforce trial limits. You can request deletion at any time (see below); after deletion, your license cannot be reactivated on the same machine without a new key.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us at support@flyco.app. If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.), those rights apply to you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will email registered license holders at the address on file before the change takes effect, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
International transfers
Some of our processors (notably Supabase, Resend, and Vercel) operate in regions outside the UK and EU. Where personal data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer safeguards published by each processor.
Who we are
The data controller is FlyCo, the trading name of Cristina Campo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@flyco.app. A postal address for service of legal notices is available on request.
